The Great Commission - Ways of spreading joy through charity

Some of us serve God and spread the Gospel through mission work or through our writing, door-to-door witnessing, church ministries, etc.  Perhaps we don't do as much as we feel we should because of other pressures, limited opportunities, and then our energy only goes so far.
To supplement your efforts in serving God, consider working from your home by writing letters/cheery cards or sending brochures/books to others in need of uplifting.  Share knowledge about the gift of eternal life through Jesus Christ.
Or seek out volunteer work in your neighborhood among those longing for friendly attention and according to your own schedule.
